a new year, a new hair color...

i have FINALLY mentally agreed with myself to color my hair brown once the new year is in full effect... aka next friday after work. there is a bumble and bumble salon about two blocks away, and conveniently, we get a corporate discount there. such things make me very very happy.

i'm a teensy bit nervous as i haven't been a brunette since college, and that too dark hair color was accompanied by a very sharon-stone-a-la-sphere haircut... aka short short... and i don't think i pulled it off very well. i'm contemplating cutting my hair again, but nothing shorter than the ear. maybe.

the color is a go... the rest i might chicken out on.

oh where to begin?

i suppose at some point i'm going to have to go through old online posts and transfer them over here, etc etc... but for now, i'll just start fresh. 2007 is almost upon us... with all kinds of possibilities. it will be an entire year dedicated to the dactyl and her new york... hold on to your handbags.
